Orion Research Solutions sells exclusively to qualified business, laboratory, and research buyers. We do not sell to individual consumers. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a qualified business or research organization and that the information provided during registration is accurate and current.

We may request supporting documentation to verify buyer eligibility and may decline or cancel any order at our discretion if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A quote or order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; an order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Minimum order quantities apply per product as listed in the current catalog.

Availability, documentation, and shipping timelines may vary by supplier and destination country. We will communicate material changes to confirmed orders as soon as practical.

All master pricing is denominated in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are calculated from published reference exchange rates and are provided for convenience; the USD amount governs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quantity-tier pricing applies per SKU based on the total units ordered. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is accepted.

Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payments page and may include card payments, ACH, domestic and international wire transfer, and select stablecoins (USDC, USDT). Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

The buyer is responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or payment provider, including intermediary wire fees.

All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes and are not for human consumption. The purchaser certifies that all products are being acquired solely for legitimate laboratory research and will not be used in humans or animals.

For international orders, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, including any permits, registrations, customs duties, and import taxes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Research Solutions' total liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Products are provided for research purposes; the buyer assumes all responsibility for handling, storage, and use after delivery.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
