Who can order from Orion Research Solutions?
We sell exclusively to qualified business, laboratory, and research buyers — including research organizations, laboratories, wellness businesses, medical practices, and commercial wholesale buyers. We do not sell to individual consumers.
Do you manufacture your own products?
No. We are a wholesale sourcing and distribution partner. We work with trusted supplier partners and do not manufacture products ourselves.
How is pricing structured?
All master pricing is in USD with four volume tiers per product (10–40, 41–80, 81–159, and 160–260 units). Prices are shown in your selected country's currency using published reference exchange rates.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 vials per product. You may mix different products within the same order, provided each product meets the minimum quantity of 10 units. Volume pricing begins at 40 units per SKU, with additional discounts available at higher quantity tiers.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve qualified buyers across the United States and Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
How do I request a quote?
Submit the quote request form with the products and quantities you're interested in. Our team responds with current availability and tiered pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept: • Zelle • USDT (TRC-20) • USDT (ERC-20) • USD Wire Transfer Full payment is required before shipment.
How is fulfillment handled?
Orders are supplied Ex Works (EXW) from the United States. The buyer is responsible for arranging freight and acts as the importer of record. Every shipment includes: • Commercial Invoice • Packing List • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) • Lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent U.S.-accredited laboratory. Testing includes: • HPLC-UV purity analysis • LC-MS identity confirmation
Are these products approved for human use?
No. All Orion Research Solutions products are sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Who qualifies for a research account?
Research accounts are available to qualified organizations, including: • Accredited research laboratories • Universities • Contract Research Organizations (CROs) • Analytical testing facilities • Licensed pharmaceutical distributors Applicants must provide: • Institutional registration documentation • A signed end-use statement Applications are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days.
