Refund Policy

Our refund and return terms for wholesale orders.

Wholesale Orders

All sales are wholesale, business-to-business transactions. Given the nature of research products, orders are generally final once shipped, except as described in this policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization. Products must be unopened, in original packaging and condition, and returned within 14 days of the return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Unless the return is due to our error or a documented shipping issue, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order confirmation, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents.

Verified claims are resolved with a replacement shipment, credit, or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped or supplier processing has begun, it can no longer be cancelled and the return terms above apply.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card and ACH refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after approval; wire and stablecoin (USDC/USDT) refunds are coordinated individually and may require your receiving details.

Transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers, including intermediary wire fees, are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
