Orion Research Solutions provides wholesale sourcing and distribution support for qualified business, laboratory, research, and commercial buyers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and tracked.

Because we serve qualified buyers across multiple markets, shipping arrangements, delivery times, and availability may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order size, and applicable import or regulatory requirements.

1. Qualified Buyers Only

Orion Research Solutions ships products exclusively to approved and qualified business, laboratory, research, and commercial buyers.

Before an order can be processed, we may require buyer verification, account approval, confirmation of business information, and acceptance of our applicable terms and policies.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, cancel, or decline fulfillment where buyer eligibility, destination requirements, payment status, or other order requirements cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after:

An order is not considered confirmed for fulfillment until the required verification and payment procedures have been successfully completed.

3. Shipping Destinations

International shipping availability may vary depending on:

Orion Research Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, or other third parties.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been processed and accepted by the applicable carrier.

Customers may also be able to access shipment information through their account dashboard, depending on the services available for their order.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant carrier. Shipping scans and delivery information may not update immediately after a shipment has been dispatched.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please carefully review the shipping address before confirming an order. Orion Research Solutions may not be able to modify an address after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to a shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, duties, taxes, fees, inspections, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.

The buyer may also be responsible for:

• Brokerage charges
• Required permits or documentation
• Other destination-related charges

Customs procedures and clearance times are controlled by the relevant authorities and are outside the control of Orion Research Solutions.

We cannot guarantee that an international shipment will be accepted, cleared, or released by customs authorities.

9. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

A shipment may be returned, delayed, or considered undeliverable due to reasons including:

• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Failure to accept delivery
• Failure to provide required documentation
• Customs refusal or non-clearance
• Import restrictions
• Carrier delivery limitations

Where a shipment is returned to the fulfillment location, any available options will be reviewed with the customer.

Additional shipping, handling, return, storage, or re-delivery charges may apply.

Refund eligibility for returned shipments will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and the circumstances of the order.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost, damaged, or incomplete, please contact Orion Research Solutions as soon as possible.

Customers may be asked to provide relevant information, including:

• Tracking number
• Photos of damaged packaging or products
• A description of the issue
• Any other information reasonably required to investigate the shipment

Claims may be subject to carrier deadlines and procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the investigation of eligible shipping issues.

11. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipments may transfer according to the applicable shipping terms, carrier arrangements, and terms agreed upon during the order process.

For international or commercial shipments, specific delivery terms may be provided in the quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or other order documentation.

12. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been approved, processed, prepared for fulfillment, or transferred to a carrier.

Any cancellation, refund, or modification request will be reviewed according to the status of the order and our applicable policies.
